CIVILISATION

Civilisation is a range of five, unisex glasses done during my internship at OPO Scandinavia. It explores the difficulties you encounter when designing traditionally elegant products for a young, non elegant group of people and touches both regular eyewear, clip on sun glasses and case design.

The form language emerged from brutalism and functionalism, and has its core in the Swedish "Miljonprogrammet" - a million households built during the 60's and 70's to combat housing shortages.
